The whole event venue is yours for the evening or the full day: a lounge, a dining area, a well-equipped guest kitchen with tableware, a light sound system and a microphone for speeches. The venue holds up to 40 people standing or 30 seated, so it suits a team or a small company that wants its own space instead of a corner of a restaurant.
Bring your own food and drinks, or ask us to arrange catering. Kalasatama metro station and the Redi shopping centre are a short walk away, so getting home after the party is easy.

For an evening party the full day is usually the better deal: five hours at the hourly rate cost €550, the full day costs €450 and leaves you the afternoon to decorate.

At M8S Hub the whole venue costs €450 for the full day 7:00-24:00 or from €110 per hour, VAT included. With 30 guests that is €15 per person for the full day. Cleaning and catering are extra.
