A day away from the office
The event venue has a presentation area with a large display and a projector, a flipchart and whiteboard, video conferencing for remote colleagues and Wi-Fi. When the group splits up, the meeting room for 8 in the same hub works as a breakout room.
For lunch and breaks there is a lounge, a dining area and a guest kitchen with tableware. Bring your own food or ask us to arrange catering. The hub is open from 7:00 to 24:00, so a long workshop can end with dinner and an afterwork in the same place.

With 30 participants the full day costs €15 per person. A half day of four hours at the hourly rate costs €440, only €10 less than the full day, and from five hours the full day is cheaper. Cleaning and catering are extra.

How much does a workshop venue cost in Kalasatama?
At M8S Hub the whole event venue costs €450 for the full day or from €110 per hour, VAT included. The meeting room for 8 costs from €25 per hour or €110 per day. Cleaning and catering are extra.
How many participants fit?
Up to 30 seated in U-shape or theatre layout, 20 in classroom layout and 40 standing. The meeting room next door fits 8.
Is there a breakout room?
Yes. The meeting room for 8 in the same hub can be booked together with the event venue for group work.
